Description

Demolition of fire damaged Units 11, 12 and 13. The scope of this project comprises removal of all fire damaged materials, fittings and plant, removal of roof structure and finishes, removal of external and internal walls, removal of internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes, removal of internal doors, removal of external windows and doorsets, removal of floor slab, insulation and DPM/Radon, to reduce the level of the floor to adjoining path levels; disposal of all material off site; Temporary weathering to Unit 1 and 10, both of which adjoin the demolished units; install hardcore sub-base to the floor area of units 11, 12 and 13; Protection and retention of underground drainage and rising blockwork walls; and the installation of solid hoarding system to secure the site.
