LCR Export Support

Description

The UKSPF Export programme will offer business engagement Export support to established or new to export businesses. The programme aims to support business aspirations to expand their export activities and connect them to the broader local, regional and national export support ecosystem. The programme will specifically target businesses that have a unique selling proposition in international markets or those who already have relationships with foreign owned businesses in the UK, which can be leveraged to access wider markets. This programme aims to complement and enhance existing initiatives delivered by the Department of Business and Trade such as Trade Missions or support for overseas activities. Where businesses demonstrate promising potential for exporting and seek to enhance their international expansion, a limited number of discretionary grants will be accessible. As part of the Liverpool City Region UKSPF Export Programme, Growth Platform is seeking the provision of an Export Service for the Liverpool City Region. • An Export Brokerage service, including business engagement, diagnostic and action planning. • Export related workshops, seminars and networking events • Design and implementation of marketing and comms to promote the Export Hub
