Sheffield City Council, as part of the national Family Hub and Start for Life programme are commissioning a peer support intervention programme able to support parents with mild mental health difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood, and/ or parent-infant relationship difficulties.1 This is also a service need that was highlighted by parents in the Sheffield City Council 2023 Early Years consultation.
