Lot 2a Employee Benefits Salary Sacrifice Encompasses Employee Benefits Salary Sacrifice, providing a “pick & mix” model that empowers employees to select from a diverse range of benefits tailored to their individual needs. This could include options such as additional pension contributions, childcare vouchers, cycle-to-work schemes, and other lifestyle benefits, all facilitated through salary sacrifice arrangements. The pick & mix structure ensures employees have the autonomy to build a benefits package that suits their personal circumstances, while employers benefit from improved engagement and potential cost savings. Lot 2b Car Leasing (incl Electric Vehicles and Car charging points) This lot is dedicated to car leasing with particular emphasis on electric vehicles (EVs) and car charging solutions.
