Description
The successful Supplier/s will be required to provide catering services for the following schools (the Client): — Sturminster Newton High School, — The Blandford School, — The Purbeck School, — Highcliffe School. The contract will be awarded in lots, therefore not necessarily awarded to one supplier. The scope will be for the provision of all catering within the schools, which currently includes breakfast club, morning break, lunch, limited hospitality and free issue requirements. The combined annual turnover of the schools is approximately 830 000 GBP. All the schools will be visited over 27 and 28.2.2018. Suppliers invited to tender will need to have 1 representative per organisation to visit each school concurrently: 15 minutes mid-morning break and lunch services at each of the secondary schools. The contract will commence on 23.7.2018 for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Objectives: — a high quality catering operation to deliver healthy, wide ranging fresh meals and snacks, — a strong and open working partnership, — friendly customer focused service and eating environment, — strong focus on presentation, quality and choice, — realistic pricing and choice within FSM allowance, — potential financial return, — investment in new tills. The contract will commence on 23.7.2018 for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Objectives: — high quality and variety of food choice, — retain silver food for life accreditation, — increase sales, with a particular focus on FSM, sixth form and staff, — a guaranteed return and profit share, — capital investment. The contract will commence on 1.8.2018 for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Objectives: — Guaranteed return and profit share, — Capital investment. The contract will commence on 1.9.2018 for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Objectives: — guaranteed return and profit share, — redesign and refurbishment of main servery area to improve: display, variety of meal, queue times and enable pre-plating, — additional till, — CCTV in dining hall and servery, — KPIs and SLAs such as consistent start times, — breakfast options, — capital investment.
