Request for Information for Concierge, Security and Event Services

Description

North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement, to understand the range of potential solutions available in the market, and to assist with drafting a potential future tender specification for concierge, security and event services for the Council and its venues. The Authority are interested in the following range of services: • Site and event security services • Event stewarding services • Concierge and reception services • Mobile security, patrol and guard services • Cash collection services The Authority intends to gather this information through written responses to this RFI. The Authority is also considering additional engagement with suppliers, and suppliers are requested to indicate if they would be willing to undertake further engagement with the Council as part of their response.
