Framework agreement for workwear, protective equipment, and shoes - 2nd notice

Innkjøpssamarbeidet på Haugalandet, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of workwear, protective equipment and shoes. Haugesund and Sveio Municipalities are participating in this invitation to tender. Lot 1: The contracting authority shall enter into a new framework agreement for the delivery of workwear and protective equipment. The contracting authority will emphasis quality and comfort in this tender contest. Tenderers must offer a broad selection of workwear for men and women within, amongst other things, the following product types: Visibility clothing, anti-flame clothing, combined visibility and anti-flame clothing, cleaning clothing, work shoes, protective shoes and personal protective equipment and the equivalent in accordance with the Contracting Authority´s needs in the agreement period. The tenderer must in addition provide some related services, such as adjusting garments and guidance in the use of the products. Large parts of the deliveries of workwear must be marked with a logo. This is a 2nd notice, some of the set requirements in the first notice could not be fulfilled. We have carried out a written market dialogue with 5 suppliers. and received feedback from 3. In this notice we have taken the replies into consideration and made an adjustment to more open requirements and the price sheet has been changed from general mark-up percentage to a discount for each product.
