Description

Askøy Municipality wants to engage a process supervisor who can assist the municipality in implementing a collaborative project between the contracting authority (the Builder) and a group consisting of a designer and a contractor for a new sports building. The sports building is expected to contain, among other things, a double sports hall (the size of 2 handball courts) and a swimming/bathing facility. The project shall be executed/constructed during 2022-2024. A contract for a process supervisor for an interface contract for a Sports facility at Myrane. The contract is valid until the preliminary project is concluded, including participation in the quality assurance for the steering documents and cost accounting (Norwegian abbreviation KS2). Including options. 1) Process guidance after the completion of the preliminary project up until turnkey project; 2) Process guidance related to the construction of Erdal primary school. The scope will be defined if an option is activated; 3) Process guidance related to the construction of Erdal comprehensive school. The scope will be defined if an option is activated. The contract period is dependent on the progress of the project and any initiated options. The contract award is subject to politically approval and other reservations in accordance with the tender documentation.
