Delivery of spreading products with associated services for winter operations in Bærum municipality

Description

The agreements shall ensure a predictable delivery of spreading products with associated services for winter operations for the following: Municipal roads and foot / bicycle paths, places and access roads that the municipality owns / operates, including parking areas, around purpose-built buildings, pavements and tracks. The estimated total value for both agreements is very uncertain, e.g. due to the possibility of offering recycled rock materials opens up for large landfill revenues for the contractors. The stated value in the form is the upper estimate in a large possible outcome during the 48-month recommended period which allows to evaluate current / longer agreements. Lot 1: These will be two ongoing / time-unlimited service agreements with two providers of spreading materials, including transport to silos/warehouses. Deliveries are mainly based on percentage of filling of the silos. Contract 1 / lot 1 includes the delivery of loose shingle masses directly in the municipality's silo facility/warehouse building. Contract 2 / lot 2 includes the delivery of loose shingle masses directly in the tenderer's dry storage: approx. 3 km from Bærums works.
