Description

This is a Competitive Process PSR 2023 tender, for the delivery of a Text Crisis helpline to run in conjunction with the 111 service specifically to North West and North Central London areas. The contract will run for a 12 month period from Mid-end November 2026 following the completion of the tendering exercise with an extension available for 36 months. Lot 1: This is a Competitive Process under the Provider Selection Regime 2023, for the delivery of a Text Crisis helpline to run in conjunction with the 111 service specifically to North West and North Central London areas. This is a 12 month contract with an extension of 36 months following the first year of completion.
