Coaching Framework Agreement 2025 -2030

Description

The University of Northampton invites suitably qualified and experienced coaching providers to submit tenders for inclusion in a framework agreement to deliver coaching services to academic and professional services staff, managers, and leaders.<br /><br />Scope of Services<br />The framework will cover:<br />• Up to 6 × 90-minute coaching sessions per individual (approx. 10–12 individuals per year)<br />• Chemistry matching sessions (face-to-face or online)<br />• Contracting and, where required, three-way contracting<br />• In-person delivery on campus (remote coaching only if requested by the coaches)<br />• Diversity in coach profiles<br />• Quality assurance and supervision processes<br />
