Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the Trem y Mor Extension & Alterations to First Floor. See overview below. * The demolition of existing internal walls at first floor to form new office space linked to the new extension. * The new building: Single storey, timber framed extension constructed above the existing single storey building. A Steel frame support structure for the timber flat roof with single ply membrane roof coverings. Aluminium double glazed windows, internal finishes, new floor coverings, doors/ironmongery, kitchen fixtures and fittings, decoration etc. Mechanical & electrical works associated with adaptations and extension linked off the existing systems. External works to include the creation of 10 new car parking bays within the confines of the site together with boundary fence alterations and modified external lighting.
