Contract award after an open call for tenders related to the procurement of fixed mats, loose mats, mops and cloths. The contest is divided into three and comprises a framework agreement for: 1) Hire, Washing and Transport of Mops and Cloths, 2) Hire, Washing and Transport of Mats, 3) Fixed Mats. Kristiansand Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the hire, washing and distribution of mops and cloths. A framework agreement will be signed for 2 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the it for 1 plus 1 year. The products will be used in the Municipality's institutions and units, including schools, nurseries, sheltered accommodation, nursing homes, arts centres and administration buildings. It is important to us that our users find our buildings clean and well maintained. It is also important that the offered solutions contribute to this and the cleaning of the buildings is efficient. The delivery of mops and cloths to Kristiansand Municipality must be seen as one delivery, so that when a delivery place is withdrawn or added or there are changes to the volume, this is only one change to the delivery. Tenders are wanted for the hire of mops and cloths with the accompanying laundry and distribution services. The estimated scope in the price sheet is based on statistics. The price given in the price sheet must be for the hire, washing and distribution of the mops and cloths per item.
