Description
The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) requires a supplier to provide ongoing support, reconfiguration and development services for its existing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which uses the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce platform is a tool that underpins GMCA's employer engagement activity and processes across GMCA's Education, Work and Skills directorate.
