As part of the strategy, we are seeking to appoint a web design agency who can redesign, develop and support a new group website and provide a fully functional Content Management System, to help in our objectives to exclude no one – from our online services and enhance customer service – through a better customer experience online. Lot 1: Grampian Housing Association is looking to appoint a web design agency who can redesign, develop and support a new group website and provide a fully functional Content Management System. The Grampian group website will consist of a Corporate Home Page with links to individual web pages for both Grampian Housing Association, Kirkgate Developments and TLC Housing Maintenance. This document constitutes a formal request to tender for the above services. The tender is required to include all constituent software, associated items and services for the website services.
