Bromley Community Services is a multi service-line contract providing Community Children Young People, Adult and Urgent care services to the population of Bromley Borough. Services will include a combination of Neighbourhood and borough wide services. • Community Health Locality Teams • Adult Nursing • Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema • Adult Therapies • Adult Dietetics • Urgent Community Response. • Adult Community Respiratory • Adult Speech and Language • Adult Bladder and Bowel • All-age Podiatry • Neuro Rehabilitation • Community Paediatrics • Children Looked After • Specialist Children's Nursing, Dietetics, & Hospital at Home • CYP Therapies • Social Communication Assessment Service • Primary care IT • All-age Safeguarding Services • Bexley Adult Dietetics • Lewisham Adult Dietetics Lot 1: The notice relates to community health care services. This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following Direct Award Process C. Contract Length and Value: The contract for the Service will be awarded for a period of 5 years (60 months), with an optional extension for a further period of 2 years (24 months) at the sole discretion of the Authority. Therefore, the maximum duration of this contract, if all extension options are taken up will be 7 years (84 months). Annual contract value: £47,000,000 5 year initial term Value: £235,000,000 7 year total possible lifetime value: £329,000,000 The contract will start on 01/12/2026 and end 30/11/2031, if the optional extension is utilised the contract end date will be 30/11/2033. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight Wednesday 29 October 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. The provider was scored on a 0 - 5 scale and a % allocation based on importance of the criteria.
