Mechanical & Electrical Corrective Maintenance of West Suffolk Corporate Properties

West Suffolk Council is inviting tenders for the mechanical and electrical corrective maintenance of corporate properties including planned and emergency maintenance at sites within the boundaries of West Suffolk Council using a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016. A guide to the works involved in each trade group and the approximate values of works per annum can be found in the Scope of Works document. The Contract will be for a period of three years commencing on 1 October 2021, with an option to extend for a maximum of a further two years.<br /><br />The works are divided into two Trade Groups, Mechanical Services and Electrical Services. Each Trade Group is tendered as a separate Lot.<br /><br />The deadline date for submission of the tender is Monday 28th June 2021. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted.<br /><br />
