Framework agreement for deep stabilisation

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of services in connection with deep stabilisation of municipal gravel roads. It may also be relevant to carry out deep stabilisation of some paved roads with poor load-bearing capacity. Tenderers must price both deep stabilisation with foamed bitumen and with crushed stone.
