Sit-on-Top River Skills Award Level 3 (Kayak)

Description

IFI require a qualified supplier to provide sit-on-top (kayak) training that will take approximately 65 employees to the (Level 3) River Skills Award. The training will be provided to employees with experience ranging from none or very little to employees who engage in regular practice. The training programme should include teaching participants to paddle safely and competently on rivers up to Grade 2 Rivers. They need to be capable of negotiating obstacles and to assist in rescues. The training needs to be certified by a recognised and competent body. IFI invites proposals on how the training company would plan to deliver the training and specify the period of time involved including costs.
