Loreburn Housing Association is looking to appoint a suitably qualified, competent, capable and experienced contractor to carry out the Legionella, Water Hygiene Quality control of premises Lot 1: Loreburn Housing Association is looking to appoint a provider for Legionella, Water Hygiene and Quality. The Contract will be to undertake Legionella & Water Quality Management & Associated Works throughout Loreburn's stock including HMOs, Supported Living, Later Living and General needs. Task include, but are not limited to, the below: 1. Risk Assessments (including Reassessments). 2. Monitoring Tasks - showerhead disinfection, temperature monitoring 3. Inspections - tanks, water systems 4. Cleaning & Disinfection Tasks. 5. Remedial Works (where necessary)
