ICT equipment and user accessories, framework agreement

Description

The invitation to tender applies to a framework agreement for ICT equipment and user accessories. The assignment includes unpacking, assembly and moving in accordance with requirements. The framework agreement does not include the delivery of AV equipment (Projectors, 'smart boards’ and meeting room monitors), network components, servers, software, toners/ink to the contracting authority's existing multifunction machines and mobile telephones as the contracting authority has an established contract for the delivery these products. The invitation to tender does not include network equipment and network infrastructure. The contracting authority has ongoing agreements for these products. The purchase of the leasing or hire of used equipment is excluded from the framework agreement. Lot 1: The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. The historical figure for procured products and services is NOK 25,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. The maximum value including any options and expected price increase: NOK 80,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is favourable. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The contracting authority shall sign a contract with up to 2 tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
