Description

Cleaning of DGHP's communal stairs and corridors in both tenanted and factored properties. Cleaning services to stairs and communal areas in properties in Dumfries, Annan and Stranraer. This includes but is not limited to floor and stair cleaning, window cleaning and litter picking to external communal areas. The contract procurement will follow the Restricted procedure with a pre-qualifying stage based on the ESPDs and bidders will be selected on the basis of their legal, economic, financial and technical ability to perform the contract. Those selected will be invited to submit a tender. The contract will be based on the most economically advantageous tender with specific evaluation criteria detailed within the ITT and contract documents.
