Description

The University of Derby is seeking a partner to provide full management services in the operation of the Devonshire Spa at the Devonshire Dome in Buxton. This will include full responsibility for health and safety management, computerised booking in system, marketing and advertising, laundry provision and refurbishment where applicable. TUPE will apply to 2 existing staff members. The University of Derby is publishing these opportunities as separate Lots. Bidders are welcome to bid for one or all of the Lots but each Lot will be evaluated separately and awarded based on MEAT (Most Economically Advantageous Tender) criteria for each using pricing and quality evaluation as outlined in the instructions in the tender document.
