ITQ Provision of Services to Support the Delivery of Young Person's Support

Orkney Islands Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to support the delivery of an early intervention and engagement programme aligned to the principles of No-One Left Behind by providing flexible, user-based support and training to young people aged between 16-24 years. This Project will run until 31 March 2027. Lot 1: To support the delivery of an early intervention and engagement programme aligned to the principles of No-One Left Behind by providing flexible, user-based support and training to young people aged between 16-24 years. This Project will run until 31 March 2027. Working in partnership with OIC employability team, the service provider will develop innovative solutions / programmes to support young people at Stages 1 & 2 of the employability pipeline.
