Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (BGCBC), hereinafter referred to as the Authority, invites Tenders, in accordance with the Authority’s Requirements and subject to the attached terms and conditions to set up a contractual agreement relating to the sale of baled aluminium cans from household collections.
