NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Procurement Services on behalf of The Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust are looking to engage the market to establish a Framework agreement consisting of multiple suppliers for the provision of Accident Damage and Body Repair Services. To meet the requirements of the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust (WAST), the service is being tendered in two main categories: Light to Moderate Damage and Severe Damage. Given the extensive geographical area covered by WAST, each category is further divided into four geographical lots based on WAST locality bases: North, Central, South Central, and South & East In collaboration with the NHS Wales Shared Service Partnership, the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust aims to establish a Framework for up to four (4) providers per lot that may be drawn upon at times as determined by the Trust, when requiring Accident Damage and Body Repair Services. The vehicles are subject to accidental damage by both third parties and Trust operatives. Repairs are required to be carried out in a timely manner to meet operational requirements. The vehicles will need to be delivered and collected from the Trust’s ambulance stations as appropriate.
