The notice concerns the direct procurement of a machine and processing contract for the reconstruction of Skreia Treatment Plant, which burnt down on 18 December 2018. The procurement is for a delivery for the reconstruction of the plant with the same contractor that had the turnkey contract for the machine-processing at the time of the fire. The procurement is described in a separate note on the case, which is attached to this notice.
