Supply of pharmaceutical products and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products for the 3 European Parliament sites (lot 1 — Brussels/lot 2 — Luxembourg/lot 3 — Strasbourg)

Description

The supplies contract will be carried out on the basis of a framework contract and purchase orders. The contractor must: — respond to any estimate request from the European Parliament within 48 hours, — routinely deliver the supplies within 5 working days of the date of receipt of the order, — deliver products with the longest expiration date possible (a minimum of 2 years for 'dry' products), — take back any expired products. Deliveries are to be made free of carriage and packaging charges, regardless of the amount of the order.
