Description

Ringerike Municipality will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of furniture within the following categories: 1) Office furniture, 2) School furniture, 3) Nursery furniture, 4) Institution furniture (institutional beds, mattresses and bedside tables are not included in the contract). The value of the procurement is anticipated to be approx.: NOK 20 million. The volume is estimated on the basis of statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of furniture in 2017, 2018 and 2019. The value must be considered as an estimate and is not binding. The contracting authority reserves the right to announce separate contests when the volume is estimated to exceed NOK 500 000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority also reserves the right to procure second hand furniture outside the contract. The contract will be valid from 1 May 2020 for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for up to 2 years, 1 year at a time.
