Leisure Centres Management Contract

Guildford Borough Council (the Authority) is procuring an operator to operate, maintain and deliver its Leisure facilities. Facilities include The Guildford Spectrum, Guildford Lido and Ash Manor Sports Centre. This procurement is run in in accordance with the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation as set out in Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the PCR 2015) (the Procurement).Further details explaining what the Authority is procuring are set out in Part B of this RTP and in the Services Specification at Volume 2 of the published procurement documentation.
