Procurement of guard services

Description

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for the purchase of security services from an external security company for physical security guard services to protect the museum's employees, visitors, listed buildings/properties and valuable art. Kode has a number of technical security systems to ensure the security of Kode's assets and/or objects that Kode manages for other owners. The security company must staff a 24-hour security centre in addition to providing security services at the exhibitions that are open at any given time and that require security guards to be present. As a general rule, the security guard centre must be staffed by one security guard during the day and two security guards at night.
