Description
The purpose of evaluation in DFID is to contribute to improving the impact and value for money of DFID's development spending and support the effective delivery of DFID's Strategic Objectives. In support of this purpose DFID is has established a new Global Evaluation Framework Agreement (GEFA) to ensure the provision of efficient and effective expert services for the design and conduct of evaluations. It is intended that the new GEFA will become DFID's primary route for engaging service providers to implement its evaluations.
