Playground equipment

Description

Hamar, Stange, Løten, Ringsaker, Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Nord-Fron and Elverum municipalities shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of playground equipment. The contracting authority The contracting authority is an intermunicipal procurement co-operation comprising the municipalities Hamar, Stange, Løten, Ringsaker and Elverum. Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal and Nord Fron municipalities are also participating in the tender contest. The above mentioned parties are henceforth called the municipalities. The contracting authorities are not one legal unit and will enter into separate agreements. The agreements for Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities will be signed by Lillehammer municipality. Other agreements are entered by the respective municipalities. Elverum municipality is the executive officer for these agreements. The objective of the agreement The objective of the agreement is to meet the municipalities' joint need for the procurement of playground equipment and training parks' equipment. Turnover The total turnover including options is NOK 15 000 000. The estimated turnover for the goods group is based on historical figures and must be regarded as a guideline. Contract type and period A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. The agreement period is 2 years from when the contract is signed, with an exclusive option for the municipalities for extension for further 1 year + 1 year.
