Description

Procurement of a four year framework agreement for architectural design and associated design professional consultant services on a range of public building developments and schemes within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The associated professional services may include, but not be limited to: Lead Consultant (design team), Architect (including urban design master planning and regeneration) and Principal Designer. See also item II.1.4. The estimated value of the entire duration of the framework agreement, subject to funding, is £200,000,000. Nine economic operators were selected who will design public buildings and provide associated professional consultant services either directly or through third parties. Following the PQQ stage 16 tenderers were invited to submit an initial tender. After the negotiation stage tenderers were invited to submit their final tender and a design contest submission — see further at item VI.3.
