HTE on behalf of University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (the "Authority"/”UHNM”) is issuing this invitation to participate in dialogue ("ITPD") in connection with the competitive procurement for the provision of a Pathology Managed Service covering all aspects of Blood Sciences. This document contains important information about the procurement process and the contract that HTE intends to award on behalf of the Authority. University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a partner to implement a Pathology Managed Service for Blood Sciences. This partner will have responsibility for the provision of analytical platforms including any IT requirements, training and maintenance/support.
