Framework agreement for fuel in bulk.

Description

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for bulk deliveries of fuel, and also needs to establish a completely new fuel plant. Clear diesel, coloured diesel, and AdBlue are to be delivered. It must also be possible to deliver HVO diesel and two-stroke petrol in the contract period. The deliveries will mainly be to Vatne operations station in Sandnes, but the tenderer must also expect a few annual deliveries to the contracting authority's fuel tank at Forsand. There will also be a few minor deliveries to other municipal locations on the mainland in the old Sandnes Municipality, including cemeteries, institutions, and sports grounds. The contracting authority has an old, existing fuel plant at Vatne operations station and needs the tenderer to establish a completely new plant as part of this procurement. The tenderer must remove and handle the existing plant, as well as carry out service and maintenance on the fuel plants in the contract period.
