GB-Rayleigh: PERIODIC INDICATIVE NOTICE (PIN)-Provision of Hard Facilities Management Services

Clearsprings Ready Homes intends to procure Hard Facilities Management (FM) services to ensure the safe, compliant and efficient operation of a property. The contract will cover provision of round-the-clock emergency response for critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and, other planned preventive maintenance(PPM) works. This Periodic Indicative Notice is issued for information purposes only and to provide early visibility of a potential future procurement opportunity. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
