West Mersea Town Council West Mersea, Colchester, Essex. The Town Council operates a number of facilities including car parks, sports pitches and cemeteries and is seeking to enter into a contract for the provision of Grounds Maintenance. Grounds maintenance to include; A. Grass cutting and strimming of all Council owned parks and cemeteries B. Sports Pitch marking Full details of the areas and the works required to each area can be found in the attachments. White lining to be carried out weekly with controlled droplet spray marker to keep clear crisp lines. Initial marking to be completed using laser guided equipment of GNNS equipment for accurate lining. No weedkiller to be used to preserve grass and reduce cracking in the ground during dry spells.
