Description
Sund Eigedomsutvikling KF, Sund municipality shall construct sheltered accommodation flats — 20 units over 2 floors. The project shall be constructed together with Sundheimen nursing home on the ground floor. 4 contracts will, thus, be announced for architect and building, constructional engineering and landscape, electro and HVAC and sanitation respectively. According to the original plan, the Notice should have already been published, but as the basis had not been completed, it has taken longer. The Notice will be published before the general staff holiday, but as it will be published just before the holiday, we are publishing a prior information notice that describes our intentions. According to the plan, the Notice will be published in week 27 and the tender deadline will be 24.8.2017. The Contracting Authority will also hold a site inspection. The construction work is expected to last for approx. 12 months. The building shall have 2 wings and a middle section with 2 main floors as well as a small basement with technical rooms and storage rooms. The building shall be constructed with the floor on the ground and the main construction will be concrete covers with steel pillars and concrete walls, as well as supporting wooden gable walls. The work will mainly comprise the following constructional engineering work: — altered road route and pipeline network to the existing psychiatric houses. Cf. ARK drawing A21-002 (Outdoor plan) and 00V 300 10 001 (Plumbing installations, external water and sewage), — ground work (excavating, blasting, securing the cutting in the west, compressing and refilling) and foundations for the new building, — basement, sectioning walls and floor dividers in concrete cast on site, — supporting steel pillars on the ground floor, — supporting dividing walls and 3 walls in the lift shaft in the middle building from concrete cast on site, — concrete floor on the ground, — roads and open spaces, — roof construction and corrugated steel plates with overlying insulation and roofing. The construction is shown on the RIB drawings but is included in the joiner contract, — supporting studding walls on the 1st floor will support the roof construction. This will also be included in the joiner contract.
