Description

Provision of a range of patient information leaflets including translation services. EDIO are the sole supplier and have exclusive rights over the software licenses and updates for patient information leaflets. Translation services are also provided. No other reasonable alternative exists for this procurement, EDIO are the sole supplier and have exclusive rights over the software licences and updates for patient information leaflets. Translation services are also provided. The functionality of this system is within the core scope of the Encompass procurement which is proceeding within the next 2 years. This contract is required to cover the transitional period. A replacement in the short term is not reasonable as there would be disproportionate technical difficulties that would impact on the Trust's ability to provide this service.
