** PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TENDER COMPETITION - MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE ONLY** The Department for Infrastructure is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a framework to provide a range of specialist transport planning and modelling services. Prior to initiating the procurement the Department wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process and views on proposed delivery options of the proposed framework. Further information is provided in the 'Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire' which can be accessed in the CfT documents via the CfT Menu.
