Adra (the Client) is seeking the works of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide extensive internal and external refurbishment works to 4 large unoccupied properties as contained within the suite of documents contained within this tender pack which comprises the documents set out at paragraph 10 (“ITT”).Bidders should note that this ITT relates to the award of a contract agreement for the provision of Void property TACP refurbishment works – Conwy and all references to “Works” in this ITT relate to the provision of Internal and External void property refurbishment works in Conwy as more particularly described in the ITT.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=161611.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
