A Collaboration of Berkshire Schools are currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service.The contract is being offered for three years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 01 April 2021.The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time.A Collaboration of Berkshire Schools is a group of four schools in the Berkshire area. These four schools are: Garth Hill College, Ranelagh School, Jennett’s Park CofE Primary School and Sandy Lane Primary School. TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation.Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to Express Interest upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation through this e-tendering system.When the tender documents have been made available suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender Lot Lot 1: Garth Hill College Daily and periodic cleaning services for Garth Hill College in accordance with the tender documents. Additional information: The duration detailed above includes the initial term of 3 years as well as the 2 optional contract extension periods of 12 months each. Lot Lot 2: Bonitas Multi Academy Trust - Ranelagh School and Jennett's Park CofE Primary School Ranelagh School & Jennett's Park CofE Primary School are currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service.The contract is being offered for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1st April 2022.The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time.TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation.
