Construction project management services

Description

The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement for a period of 2 + 1 + 1 years with a provider for services related to project and construction management. The service includes: — project management, — engineering design management, — construction management. Within the fields: Municipal engineering plants and buildings. For buildings, the task includes both technical installations and construction engineering disciplines. Further description of the assignment is given in the requirement specification, appendix 1. The work must be carried out in accordance with: — NS 8402, — NS 8403. Appendix 4 special contract terms apply to conditions that are not covered by NS 8402/8403.
