For Pre-Market Engagement Park Court and Lucas Place will be run as one Procurement. This may change as they are in different parts of the UK when Orbit go out to tender subject to the outcomes of the PME. Hence separate notices on FTS. There will be one joint Webinar for both locations. If you are interested, please respond using the excel attachment on the event section of this project to attach to your message and we will send an invite closer to the date. Lucas Place - Milton Keynes Orbit are looking to appoint 1 contractor who will act as Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Co-ordinator, Retrofit Designer, Principal Designer (CDM and Building Regs) and Principal Contractor to complete designs and works in line with PAS 2035. Works are likely to include: Flat roof replacements (including insulation) Cavity Wall insulation Replacement Doors and Windows Isolated heating upgrades Ventilation upgrades Associated repairs Works are required to 51 properties in close geographical proximity. The properties are locally listed and therefore Orbit intend to gain planning permission for the works prior to procurement. Works include a mix or Orbit owned properties and leasehold properties. Orbit will prepare layout drawings to RIBA stage 3 and indicative detail designs to allow the contractor to bid on the works. Prior to starting the works the Contractor will be given opportunity to complete all required assessments, co-ordination and design prior to finalising their proposals Park Court - Stratford-upon-Avon Orbit are looking to appoint 1 contractor who will act as Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Co-ordinator, Retrofit Designer, Principal Designer (CDM and Building Regs) and Principal Contractor to complete designs and works in line with PAS 2035. Works are likely to include: External Wall Insulation Replacement Doors and Windows Loft Insulation Roof Replacement Ventilation upgrades Associated repairs Works are required to 38 properties in close geographical proximity. The properties are in a conservation area and therefore Orbit intend to gain planning permission for the works prior to procurement. Works include a mix or Orbit owned properties and leasehold properties. Orbit will prepare layout drawings to RIBA stage 3 and indicative detail designs to allow the contractor to bid on the works.
