The National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) is looking to establish an agreement with one service provider for the provision of Procurement Support Services. The scope of services, includes, but not be limited to: • A high quality and responsive service, to best practice standards, to meet the ongoing needs of the Contracting Authority, as required. • Provide information on all relevant EU/Irish procurement rules, regulations, circulars, statutory instruments and best practice relevant to the procurement process. • Advise on Value for Money (VFM) procurement approaches. • Ensure robust contract management from procurement competitions. • Provide procurement training and guidance.
