Description

The scope of the PQQ is the delivery of a suitable IT solution that will extract event logs and use them to generate visualizations and other output that give a full picture of any bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps in SSE's processes. This should also offer the capability to fix processing issues through system generated actions and automations Lot 1: Following the development of a Digital Strategy, SSE Procurement are planning to implement a process mining solution in the summer of 2021. It is envisaged that initially this solution will be connected to the main procurement systems with an expectation that there will be a requirement to deploy to other areas within SSE shortly afterwards
