Draft: 'Veas hereby announces that we intend to upgrade the existing blowers at Veas in the following manner: 2 existing blowers of 16,000 m3 / hour shall be modified with a new impeller and diffuser to increase the efficiency. An identical blower shall be procured for increasing the total capacity of the plant 3 smaller blowers are kept without modifications. Veas shall also upgrade the control of the plant in the same contract.
