Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Catering Qualification for prisoners at HMP Ranby. The supplier will deliver catering qualifications, including but not limited to: Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, Level 1 Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking, Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food Production and Cooking & Introductory Certificate in Customer Service. The qualifications will help prisoners develop their employability skills within the catering industry and develop work experience in preparing food and serving customers to help them obtain employment on release.
