Expression of Interest for: Refurbishment or Total Replacement of the existing Lift at Windsor Baths

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (The Council) is looking to procure one Contractor for: Either - Option 1 - Total Replacement. The complete removal of the existing 7 person, 630Kg, existing three stop, hydraulic, passenger/goods lift and supply of a new three stop, traction, MRL, DDA, Through car, passenger/goods lift located at Windsor Baths, Morley street, Bradford, BD7 1AQ. Or Option 2 - The complete refurbishment of the existing 7 person, 630Kg, existing three stop, hydraulic, passenger/goods lift and supply of a new three stop, traction, MRL, DDA, Through car, passenger/goods lift located at Windsor Baths, Morley street, Bradford, BD7 1AQ. This expression of interest is to allow Contractors to attend site to view and assess the building and the exact nature of both options, to then be able to identify whether or not they are interested in tendering for the opportunity and what their preference of the above two options would be. The Council will analyse all the information submitted within the Expression of Interest submissions, in order to reach a decision as to which option to procure.
